Yamira Rivero - Founder

Born in Havana Cuba, Yamira graduated with a degree in Defectology, which is the study of the development of children with special needs, both physical and mental, such as intellectual disability, hearing impairment, visual impairment, and others. She is certified as an Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist by the Florida State Department of Health and the University of South Florida and has certifications in special needs, health, safety, nutrition, and early learning. Further, Yamira has studied implementation strategies for children with autism and knows psychometry, evaluation, and diagnosis. Yamira loves her profession, has a philanthropic heart and truly believes in prevention and stimulation. She founded the STG Kiddos program on her love of children and the Tampa community.

Anietsy Amaro - Co-Founder

Anietsy brings a wealth of experience, achievements, and dynamism to her role at STG Kiddos. With over 15 years of dedication to working with children aged 2 to 12, her expertise is rooted in Special Education. Recently, she has been passionately teaching Spanish to both children and adults. Anietsy credits her success to her unwavering commitment, discipline, and organizational skills. Drawing from her extensive educational background, she firmly believes that STG Kiddos provides the optimal environment for fostering inclusive and progressive development within the community. Originally from Cuba, Anietsy has called Tampa home for the past 13 years.

Mónica Aristizabal - Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Monica, originally from Cali, Colombia, transitioned to the United States with her family twelve years ago. With over thirteen years of experience as an Assistant Manager and a background in accounting, she brings a wealth of expertise to her professional endeavors. Additionally, Monica holds a deep commitment to the Montessori Philosophy. In her personal life, Monica is a dedicated mother of three, offering valuable firsthand insights into children’s behavior and development. Her culinary skills not only showcase her passion for cooking but also reflect her understanding of the vital role healthy eating plays in children’s growth and development. Monica is excited to join the esteemed STG Kiddos project, where she eagerly anticipates collaborating with like-minded women to deliver stimulation services to the Tampa Bay community.
